Bread rolls


Bread rolls



Ingredients

Bread slices
10
water
One bowl
oil
To fry
Tomato ketchup
To serve


For the filling

Potatoes
4nos
onion
one
salt
To taste
Chilli powder
1tsp
Green chilli
one
Peas peeled
1/4cup
oil
2tbs
Mustard seeds
1tsp
Coriander leaves
2tbs
Turmeric powder
1/2tsp


Method
1. Boil the potatoes,peas and mash slightly.chop the onions and green chilli.


2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds and when it crackles add onions and fry till transculent.


3. Add potatoes,peas,salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder,chopped green chilli and fry.




4. Cut the edges of the bread slices,gently soak them in a bowl of water,squeeze out the extra       water and keep the potato filling at the centre and close it and roll it into a ball.








5. Heat oil to deep fry in a pan.Fry the rolls.




6. Repeat with all the slices and deep fry them and serve with green chutney and tomato ketch up.
