rawa idli
- Rawa 1cup
- Mustard seeds 1tbs
- Channa Dal 1tbs
- Coriander leaves 2tbs
- Curry leaves few
- Shredded carrot 2tbs
- Salt to taste
- Green chili 2
- Curds 2cups
- Soda a pinch
Method
- Roast the rawa well in a plain pan without any oil and cool it.
- Heat little oil in a pan add mustard seeds when it crackles add Channa Dal, green chili and pour it into the rawa.
- Add curds,soda salt,coriander leaves and mix well.leave it for ten minutes.
- Pour it into idli plates and shred carrot on top.steam it for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with tomato chutney, kothamalli chutney and potato sagu.
